Application scenarios

Bulk material inquiry

Bulk materials usually account for a large part of a company's production costs. By timely querying accurate price information, companies can better control and optimize procurement costs, thereby increasing profit margins.

RPA robots log in to 8 bulk material information websites every day, automatically capture and filter relevant data, and package the returned values into a dictionary for comparison and output to the corresponding dictionary. The dictionary data is then written into the daily price registration table for bulk materials.

Filling in parameters for the State Grid platform

State Grid requires suppliers to timely upload internal system data such as process flow, material texture, application parameters, quality control, production progress, etc. to the State Grid EIP platform. By monitoring these data, State Grid can comprehensively control the production and manufacturing processes of suppliers, ensuring product quality and transparent reliability of the supply chain.

RPA robot logs into MES system, queries and exports data of dry-type transformers and oil immersed transformers. Traverse the file to obtain the customer's purchase order number, and search for technical data such as impedance, load loss standard value, and no-load current in the order overview. Create an Excel spreadsheet and fill in the data.

Automatic entry of sales orders

After completing sales work, business personnel need to split the product into multiple segmented orders and enter information into the OTC system (sales management platform) to generate electronic order data due to different delivery addresses.

RPA automatically logs into the OTC system, using contract review as the entry point, enters customer orders based on the contract review ID, extracts key information from customer attachments, automatically enters order headers and product lines, and uploads attachments.
