Application scenarios

Automatically generate a revenue voucher bot

According to the number of invoices issued per month and the number of collections, generally not less than 500 income vouchers per month need to be issued, and basically completed within 1 day of settlement at the beginning of the month, the time is tight, and the settlement time, with more NC personnel, the system will be stuck when entering invoices, affecting the speed of monthly settlement. The introduction of i-search RPA to perform tasks can avoid the peak period of NC usage and save time.

Report accrual robot

The steps of fixed assets and intangible assets, period profit and loss settlement, and enterprise report generation are all operated in the NC system, and each step needs to be operated once a month according to different companies, and they are all completed within one day of closing at the beginning of the month. At present, there are about 80 companies in each general ledger, each company takes 10 minutes, and 450 companies take 4,500 minutes, and it takes 12.5 hours per person to complete. And all of them are concentrated in the beginning of the month to complete the settlement within 1 day, the time is tight. The above three steps are clearly set up, the repetition rate is high, and the execution through RPA can save time and check out time in advance.
