To introduce PRA to address issues such as data silos and manual repetition, and achieve data integration and efficient automation, Taiping Asset Management took the lead in the pilot application. Through training services provided by i-Search, Taiping Asset Management achieved independent development and maintenance of RPA processes.

The RPA Application of Taiping Pension and Taiping Financial Operating

The successful application of RPA at Taiping Asset Management caught the attention of Taiping Pension Co., Ltd and Taiping Financial Operating Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd . Subsequently, both companies introduced RPA robots in the same year to address manual and repetitive operations in their operational processes.

The RPA Application of Taiping Financial Technology

Under the unified planning and deployment of the China Taiping Group, Taiping Financial Technology Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd initiated the construction of the RPA platform. A governance mechanism was established, and a dedicated team was formed to support innovation and process optimization services.

Taiping Financial Technology launched the operational process robot brand: Ruziniu.

Taiping Financial Technology reasonably integrated various RPA resources within the company, constructing a unified management platform, and achieving optimal resource utilization for maximizing scenario benefits.

Integrating resources and coordinating development, the Taiping Group established the i-Search RPA as the designated RPA product platform for the entire Group. RPA robot services are promoted across all subsidiaries, including Taiping General Insurance Co., Ltd, Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd, Taiping Financial Technology Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Taiping Financial Operating Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Taiping Asset Management Co., Ltd and Taiping Pension Co., Ltd.

The Group built a foundation of hyper-automation with process mining, RPA, and AI at its core, rapidly advancing towards the full automation of group-wide business operations.

Utilizing AI, large models, and other technologies, we have established an RPA platform, a shared community, and an application store. By leveraging process mining technology, we have identified repetitive tasks within business processes and expanded the coverage of RPA. Currently, RPA products are widely used in over 250 scenarios across the group and 11 subsidiaries both domestically and internationally, covering more than 20 business departments such as procurement, customer service, IT operation and maintenance, HR, and insurance business. We have also intensified the promotion and application of RPA technology, as well as technical training efforts, encouraging widespread participation. Furthermore, we have further expanded the construction of the fintech ecosystem. In 2024, i-Search was invited to join the China Taiping Fintech Ecosystem Alliance.
