Recently, Gartner, a globally renowned ICT research and consulting firm, released the "Hype Cycle for ICT in China, 2021" (2020 China ICT Technology Maturity Curve Report). In the RPA field, i-Search has once again been selected as Sample Vendors for Gartner's Technology Maturity Curve Report "RPA". This is the third year after i-Search was selected in 2019 and 2020 with iS-RPA products and excellent RPA solutions, and was re selected.
Gartner releases a Hype Cycle report on the Chinese ICT market every year, covering 20 emerging and disruptive technologies and practices. The report is an important reference for information technology leaders in the wave of China's digital economy to seize forward-looking technologies, innovate digital business capabilities, improve digital revenue, and maintain sustainable competitiveness.
Gartner believes that RPA, with its non-invasive integration, efficient agility, and scalability, can be combined with advanced technology applications to help enterprises achieve super automation. According to data, the procurement rate of RPA increased by more than 10 times in 2021 (27.5%) compared to 2019 (only 2.4%), presenting a broad market prospect. The report also believes that RPA will reach the plateau of production in 2-5 years, meaning that the benefits and potential generated by new technologies will be actually accepted by the market and enter the development stage of market maturity.
