RPA robots in the Planning and Finance Department covered tasks such as data queries and verification. Significant success was achieved in replacing manual repetitive operations with automation.

Further expansion of application departments

The application of RPA expanded from the Planning and Finance Department to include Risk Control Department, Cloud Computing Department, Human Resources Department, and Business Operations Department. It covered dozens of automated processes, including business parameter verification, work order distribution, merchant status queries, and reminders for pending orders.

Further deepening of application departments

The RPA robot scenarios witnessed a significant increase in the Technology Development Center, Cloud Computing Center, and Business Operations Center. RPA robots have been applied to replace manual operations in business processes, bringing noticeable cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

In order to further expand RPA application scenarios, the number of RPA processes in the risk control department and business operation center has increased significantly, and the application department has added UnionPay, planning to drive enterprises to further optimize processes and improve efficiency with hyperautomation.
