Solution

Through RPA technology, the automatic operation of core systems such as brokerage business system, business settlement system, accounting system, and document interaction platform is realized, effectively reducing the error rate. For the massive upstream business data connected by the front-end, RPA robots are used to set scheduled tasks to achieve 7x24 hours of uninterrupted operation to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data aggregation. Through this integration solution, the business processing efficiency is improved, and the error rate is completely reduced to zero, thereby improving the stability and efficiency of business operations.

Application scenarios

Reconciliation robot

Originally, it took 5 financial personnel per month to complete the reconciliation of 30 accounting accounts within 7 working days. Hundreds of reports were downloaded through 7 business systems and Kingdee EAS, filtered, calculated, judged and retrieved according to the reconciliation logic of each accounting account, output table files, determined and solved the problem through comparison, and finally completed the reconciliation. With the help of the 24-hour uninterrupted operation of the RPA robot, real-time and multiple rolling reconciliations can be realized, and M+1, M+2, and M+3 of the differences in the previous reconciliation results will be continuously carried out. Reconcile until the variance is 0 and 100% correct.

Analysis of differences in group consolidated data

In the group's financial work, there is a daily consolidation work, and at the same time, it is necessary to form an abnormal analysis of the consolidated data. There are multiple subsidiaries and branches under Haitong Securities, and all institutions are required to check the differences in the balance sheet and income statement data on a daily basis and report the results of the differences. The company needs to complete the financial work of more than 300 sales departments on time every day, and after automating the financial process, the same RPA process can be applied to all branches to produce scale effects.
