Bank receipt processing

In order to improve the efficiency of bank receipt processing and data accuracy, the financial sharing center has introduced RPA robots. Originally, it was necessary to manually process about 250 receipts per day, which took 7 hours, but now only one robot is needed, which runs regularly every day, increasing efficiency by 100% and saving 182.375 man-days per year.

Transfer of funds

In order to reduce the workload of business personnel, the group uses RPA robots to replace accounting operations. It originally required 3 business personnel to work for 4 hours a day, but now only one robot needs to be completed in 8 hours, increasing efficiency by 50% and saving 1 manpower per year.

Accounting for asset depreciation

In order to ensure the timeliness of asset depreciation, the Group decided to introduce RPA robots to complete this task.
